What we do
Sunrise is a C-12 Earthwork and Paving contractor. Grading, asphalt, concrete and striping are all in-house, which is why a parking lot does not need four separate companies and four separate schedules.

Driveways, sidewalks, walkways, curb and gutter, concrete walls and pours — new installation or remove-and-replace.
Fixing lot slope for ADA, replacing slabs to comply, accessible signage, parking bumps, and in-house striping so the lot gets repainted by the same crew that paved it.
Site grading, excavation, re-grading a parking or storage yard, plus trucking import and export — the part that decides whether the paving lasts.
Seal coat and crack fill to keep water out of an asphalt lot before it turns into a full replacement.
Tear out the old slab or lot, haul it off, prep and compact the base. Pavers and remove-and-replace work handled the same way.
About
Jason Stanley founded Sunrise Grading & Paving in Brentwood in July 2007 and still owns it. In their own words it is a third-generation company built on strong values and a solid work ethic. Sylvia Stanley runs the office; there are four people on the crew.
The work on the public record is not decorative concrete. It is a parking lot re-sloped for ADA with the slabs replaced and the accessibility signs installed, a city frontage rebuilt with new driveways, curb, gutter and a storm-drain connection, and a $225,000 re-grade of a parking and storage yard. Jobs like that only go smoothly when one contractor owns the grading, the paving and the striping.
